Always be aware that in 10 months someone’s circumstances could change so vacancies are likely to arise.

It with great sadness that I announce the recent passing of member Christine Boud.
Christine of Bexleyheath and husband Derek only joined the club last year. I understand that Derek only managed to attend a rally on his own last year as Christine was in a nursing home.
Our thoughts are with Derek at this sad time and I hope that at some time in the future he will feel he could continue rallying with the SOC.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any further information at the moment.

Even though I have been informed by the marshals Rose & John that this rally is now full, please don’t despair as they have created a waiting list. It is possible that within the next 3 months someone may have to cancel their place on the rally; it is ALWAYS advisable to go on a waiting list.

Time to say goodbye to my loving wife Sue. 💔
The service will be held at Shay Grange Crematorium, Long Lane, Heaton, Shipley. BD9 6ST at 12.45pm Tuesday 18th August 2026.
Followed by refreshments at The Old Barn, Esholt. Esholt Lane, Baildon, Shipley. BD17 7RJ
Which is quite appropriate as Emmerdale Farm was originally filmed in this area, and it was still one of Sue’s favourite programs.
Family flowers only. There will be a collection for Wheatfield Hospice at the Crematorium.
Also dress code, I would say smart, but can you include something blue please, as it was Sue’s favourite colour. Thanks.
