We’re rallying again

But for the time being it’ll be a little different

Celebrating 17 Years – Stratford-upon-Avon

This rally has been moved and now runs 12^th to 18^th April.

It won’t be a rally as we know it, but at least we are able to get out in our vans. ?

The details (subject to change) are:

• COVID compliant – Not a group rally – no socials, no urn and no flag. ☹
• Payment in advance (£5 rally fee plus £10/night) by bank transfer only – fully refundable if the 12^th April Stage 2 date is moved by the government. ✔
• A proportion of the rally fee will be refunded by bank transfer after the rally (depending on plaque costs and spend on things like hand sanitiser). ?
• Rule of six applies outdoors. ?
• Fresh air, different views and using your van! ❤

Your committee met today (27/02/2021) and made a number of decisions which we will share with you in due course.

However, we wish to share with you straight away that the Committee agreed that rallies will recommence in line with the Government’s road map.  This will be in effect from  12^th April at the earliest.  It is a requirement that rallies have no associated social activities, will be on a book-a-pitch basis only and all members must comply with both the Club’s rules and Government’s guidance for COVID, including social distancing and contact, group size and hygiene.

Rallies will be run differently to protect our members and we advise all marshals and ralliers to read the Club’s COVID rules contained in the Rally Book and on our Club website. Your Committee will continue to closely monitor any changes to Government guidance and any impact on planned rallies going forward.
